DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers full-color designs onto a special film, which is then heat-pressed onto fabric. Unlike traditional methods, DTF doesn't require separate setups for each color — so it's ideal for complex, multi-color designs and small runs with no minimums.
For DTF printing and heat press transfers, there's no minimum — we'll do a single piece. Embroidery starts at 6 pieces. We keep minimums low so small businesses can get quality custom work without overcommitting.
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days after proof approval. DTF transfers can be ready in as little as 3 days. Rush orders (1-3 day turnaround) are available for an additional fee — just let us know when you submit your quote request.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with just an idea or a rough sketch. Our design team will work with you to create print-ready artwork that looks great on your chosen product. Basic design cleanup is included; full custom design work is quoted separately.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG and PSD files also work great for DTF printing. If all you have is a JPEG, send it over — we'll let you know if it needs any cleanup before production.
Yes. We offer 1-3 day rush turnaround on most services for an additional fee. Availability depends on current production volume, so reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to make your deadline.
